Simply, this website in reality is super! Plenty of extremely good data and inspiration.

I feel so much wiser since visiting this website over the last week and more confident to address some health issues. I've discovered a few mistakes I have been making that possibly gave me those health issues. I would also like to work towards achieving optimum health and some pages here give me hope that this is possible. So glad I came here!!!

Janet, your parents and kids tips webpage is great! It gives a lot of insight on what those sneeky manufacturers are up to. I think you put a lot of time and thought into this website and I look forward to seeing your ebooks available. I would be interested to buy a few.

This website awakens me to a nb of things, namely about the hidden dangers of manufactured sweeteners. I did not know that splenda (or sucralose) is as bad as aspartame. Sounds like it is and I never did like those cheap nasty cooking oils! Why these companies have not been exposed over the media, I don't know. Maybe we missed it. The FDA should stop them in their tracks - must be revenue!

Well said Janet, much of what you have to say on this website. Glad I came here! It's good the way you have some lighter pages in addition to the more serious pages that alert us about things we should know about. In addition to these, you've topped it up with organic gardening tips. How often do readers find that kind of information on a health website? It makes perfect sense to me that they go hand in hand. I will come back and click on the link to your gardening website. Cheers!

Thank you so much for your pages on Over 60s and Natural verses Chemical. Approaching our 70s, we think that this is the way for us to go. We heard the Helpful mp3s and we enjoy your Inspired Health Poems with the Recipe for Longevity poem. We must return.

I am in total awe with Janet's website. She is indeed inspirational and the pages are so creative and eye catching. I had an awesome conversation with her over the phone and I must say she made my day. She is a truly blessed lady.

Janet, I did'nt know that healthy fats help you to manage your mood levels. No wonder I was a bit cranky on a low fat diet. My sister's family all have that diet, kids and all because it's convenient for her. I read what you said about margarine. Disgusting, they would not put it on their own tables! I'm glad I changed over to butter recently. Now I can go one step better with grass-fed butter.

We like to visit the guest books on your websites sometimes to see what others have written. We love the scrolling embellishments you have on this page. They're really cute! We have benefited much from your websites - the Health and the Inspirational. We always feel welcome as if you invited us. We must contribute on your blogs now we have some time to spare. Cheers!

Your insights on healthy fats, fashion shoes and sunshine is refreshing. It seems so many of us have been misled. Some food giants and medicos have been getting a good profit from us and it's about time the fashion shoe industry changed it's way. Like you say, these manufacturers don't care about us. And the health media make us scared to get some good healthy sunshine. I ask you, how healthy is that? I applaud your efforts.

I really appreciate that you are not bought out by companies to do their bidding – too much of that – there should be more advice like we find here!

Kay Davis said on Jan 16, 2015 10:43 PM

This is a good website - one of the best I've found - must read some more pages. All the best to you and thanks for your genuine advice. I will share with my friends.

We look forward to seeing more tips on your organic gardening page, especially about the liquid seaweed. We heard it was good at the nurseries but did not know the specific benefits. We have never seen anything like those big scale greenhouses ever, we just thought greenhouse tomatoes came from the sunny greenhouses in the outer suburbs. Those YouTube videos have taught us something!!!!!!

Our conversation today was truly inspiring. The opportunity to visit your website and be educated was just plain wonderful. I shall be sharing what I have learnt with my friends and have them visit the website so they too can be better educated.

Hi Janet, we just did the sugar quizz on your sugar facts page. That video is very informative. We have learned so much. Thanks for alerting us about the synthetic options. We will look for the xylitol you recommend. It's great to know there's something natural. We love your info on healthy fats. It seems the media has had things all mixed up, giving us wrong advice. What you say makes a lot of sense!

I benefited from many of your pages but mostly from your beauty risks and fashion shoes information. I am informed now and I look after my diet! I think I would benefit from your new website on natural mood levels, I noticed the link on a few of your pages. I am very grateful because I think my daughters would gain some health insights from your work.

Hello everyone, I just want to tell everyone that I have read Janet's page on Medical Politics, a real wake up! I also read her page on avoiding confusion, so I don't think she is prejudice but extremely wise. I want to thank you Janet for your pages on technology and the use of cell phones. I have heard about the radiation but did not know you can protect yourself from it. Now I won't be so nervous. I will be placing an order for those Neutralizers this payday, that's a priority on my budget (I am getting one for my house as well) HOW AMAZING! Your page on Laughter would lighten anyone up. I found those youtubes on your Emotional Health page too.....hillarious. Think I will laugh more often.

Nick and Sofie said on Aug 30, 2014 6:15 PM

We found your page on Our Brain very interesting. The videos are great, speaking about so many different aspects of health for our brain....it IS good news! We also enjoyed your Emotional Health page. We did'nt know that yawning is actually good for you and the videos are fun loving. We have heard that deep breathing is beneficial and now we're going to give it a try. Who does'nt need less stress. We recommend these pages to everyone!!!!!!!!

Thank you Janet, for adding the video on your Sugar page. We have taken the sugar challenge! Dr Eric Berg's video is a good find! You have so many facts clearly laid out on this page and advised us about natural replacements we can have instead of dangerous synthetics! I used to think it was safer to have sugar. Now we will avoid both. As you say, there are natural replacements and maybe a little fresh honey. Our family will be healthier I'm sure_ I did not know that sugar weakens our immune system or that it ages us. That was a wake up. These are things our MDs don't tell us.

Lisa said on Aug 10, 2014 2:48 AM

Hi Janet, I've learned so much from your website but in particular, your pages Low Fat Diets and Healthy Fats showed me where I was making a mistake in cutting out fats from my diet.....the Misleading Food Labels made me smarter.....then the Healthy Youtube Videos gave me the cutting edge with what foods I can eat in my quest for weightloss. Thank you so much, I have found much healthier way!!

Kate said on Jul 13, 2014 11:03 PM

It's true that Pyrex and Stainless Steel are the best baking ware to go with because some ceramic and enamel oven dishes have nasty chemicals. You are wise to tell us to check them out. Stainless Steel looks nicer than enamel and Pyrex is always safe - exactly. I care for my kids and I care for us too! Commercial soaps are suspect because they use so many chemicals - we don't use them in our house. Thanks for making this website available.

Marsha said on Jun 11, 2014 9:34 AM

Your Sugar and Aspartame pages are really helpful, as is your good news about natural replacements (I researched them).....the information on so-called healthy Soy and Canola are excellent....what you have written about Chemists and MDs is very wise, everyone needs to read that page.....and I loved your Avoiding Confusion page, the photos are well chosen!

Mary Carman said on Jan 9, 2014 6:38 AM

Thanks so much for setting me straight about fats and healthy fats, especially that they can make your disposition happier. I never have artificial sweeteners of any kind, they taste yuck anyway. It's so true what you say about misleading labels, the front often covers a multitude of sins on the back if you read carefully. I don't touch canola either! and those fashion shoes leave a lot to be desired.....oh my aching feet! Thanks for telling me, I never knew they could do so much harm.
